What we do
Before a transaction can close, somebody has to establish exactly how much cash the sponsor injects, how that funding cascades through each entity of the structure, what every capital increase and every debt repayment amounts to, and where each euro is wired on the day.
Not everything is settled in cash: a capital increase can be paid in kind, by contribution of shares in a rollover or by vendor loan note, and those figures have to be established with the same precision even though no money moves.
Those figures are what the legal documents recite and what the banks execute, so they have to be right to the cent and they have to hold together across the whole structure.
