The Deal Execution Group is supported by transaction professionals who have been involved in countless deals worth billions of dollars in wires. Having experienced the challenges of building fund flows firsthand and recognizing the inefficiencies and vulnerabilities of the traditional process, they decided to create a single source of truth - a technology-enabled platform - to enable transaction specialists to build fund flows in a secure and streamlined environment. This effort aligns with the current expectations of many private equity firms that have experienced fraud attempts or struggle with difficult-to-control outsourced processes.

Founder & Managing Director
For almost 20 years, Emmanuel has helped his clients address core business decisions by building the financial models, Economics & Advanced Analytics solutions they can rely on to support their decision-making. Passionate about business and innovation, he has worked with management teams and shareholders on their strategic thinking, development and growth issues.

Emmanuel holds a Master of Arts (MA) in International Affairs from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Sciences in Political Science from Western Carolina University.
Marie Dommesent, FMVA
Deputy Managing Director & HR Champion
With over 8 years of experience in corporate finance consulting and audit, Marie has been assisting clients in navigating complex financial transactions. She has extensive expertise in Funds Flow and Valuation modelling for numerous private equity funds. Leveraging her strategic advisory skills, she builds robust financial models that drive business growth and support decision-making. Passionate about optimizing private equity transactions, Marie has successfully collaborated with executive teams on diverse financial and operational challenges.
Marie holds a degree from Neoma Business School and the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification.
Christophe Talleux
Acting CIO & Advisory Board Member
Working in the IT sector for almost 30 years, Christophe is experienced in project and team management, programming and security.
For the past 20 years he managed IT development teams of Web, mobile and SaaS applications for clients worldwide.
Christophe holds a Master in Computer Sciences from the Engineering school INSA de Lyon.
Oleksander Diudiun
Acting CTO & Advisory Board Member
Oleksander is a seasoned technology expert with over 14 years of experience in building and scaling more than 30 FinTech and eCommerce platforms, collectively generating over £8.2 million in annual revenue. His extensive background in software development and digital innovation has enabled him to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences in highly competitive markets.
In addition to his professional achievements, Oleksander has furthered his expertise through an Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning scholarship in London, UK. He has successfully completed six advanced projects in collaboration with the META AI Department, showcasing his ability to integrate state-of-the-art AI technologies into real-world applications.

She excels in crafting strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and engagement. Emeline holds a Master's degree in Communication and Change Management from IAE France.
