Our story
TDEG Services is a French advisory firm dedicated to the execution of private equity transactions. It was founded at the end of 2023 as an independent deal execution practice, by people who came from the world of transaction services and who kept the standards of that discipline.
We work on around ten transactions a year, in France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, alongside the sponsors and the counsel who run them. We are not small, we are elite, bringing seniority and expertise to select leading private equity firms who value excellence in deal execution. The people who sell the work are the people who do it.

Emmanuel de Villeneuve Esclapon
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Emmanuel spent nineteen years at EY, the last five as a Partner in the Valuation, Modeling & Economics practice, building the financial models and analytics that management teams and shareholders relied on for their most consequential decisions. He founded The Deal Execution Group in 2023.
He leads the firm’s execution work: sizing the equity to the cent, producing the figures that go into the legal documentation — capital increases, debt repayments, share counts at every level of the structure — and delivering the wire schedule that closes the deal. He has led closings in France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Marie Dommesent, FMVA
DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
Marie spent seven years at EY, first in Audit and then in Strategy & Transactions, where she became a Manager in the Valuation & Business Modeling team. She moved in-house to a pan-European private equity firm before joining The Deal Execution Group as Deputy Managing Director in 2024.
She runs close models and funds flows end to end: entity-level sources and uses, cap table computations, accounting waterfalls following the tax structure memorandum, and the reconciliation across sponsor, lenders, lawyers and management that has to hold to the last cent. Having sat on the sponsor side, she knows what a deal team needs before it asks.
Corentin Thomas, FMVA
MANAGER
Corentin joined The Deal Execution Group in 2025 from EY, where he spent two and a half years as a Senior Consultant in Valuation, Modeling & Economics. He began his career across credit, microfinance and venture capital analysis at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, BNP Paribas and Proparco.
He runs transactions from close model to final wire: computing the share counts and shareholder loan values that feed the legal documentation, collecting and verifying bank details under secure protocols, and executing and monitoring payments on closing day. He has worked on cross-border transactions including multi-closing take-privates involving successive offers, squeeze-out and refinancing.
